What is your returns policy?
If you need to return your fascinator for any reason you have 2 business days to notify us by email from the day that your fascinator is delivered to your door. For example, if your fascinator arrives on Wednesday you’ll need to notify us by close of play Friday. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return my fascinator to you?
Please return your fascinator with its original swing tags and labels in its Headonista storage box and pop it back into the original postage box.
What happens if I don’t have the original postage box?
No problem. Just grab a new postage box and send your fascinator back to us.
Who pays for the return?
You will need to pay for return postage.
How much is shipping?
The good news is that shipping is free.
How long will it take for my fascinator to arrive?
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours and then standard posting times will apply.
Do you have a physical shop?
To keep our pricing competitive we do not have a physical bricks and mortar store. We are predominantly online but do have some local retail partnership. Please contact us for more information.

What is the best hair style for my fascinator?
It’s personal preference. Depending on the event that you are going to often determines whether your hair is an up do or down. Ladies often have an up do for racing events. Weddings, formals, vintage, high teas and special occasions can really have hair up or down.

We have a bespoke range made by Victoria Gardiner and a ready to wear range designed in Australia and made by specialist partners around the world.
Can I get something made from my own design?
No. We have a limited number of on trend one off designs that are available through our store.
