Are nude fascinators the new black?

Not sure about you but I love that feeling of a new dress, shoes, clutch and fascinator for a special race day event like Melbourne Cup or Royal Ascot. I usually buy my dress first as inspiration for my outfit then opt for fairly classic colours for my accessories. From the Royal Wedding this year we saw lots of inspiration for block colours. Royal Ascot also was a showcase of block colour outfits.

Nude fascinator and nude accessories for Royal Ascot

We’re really spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding accessory colours. We can choose traditional colour combos such as black and white, yellow and black, navy and red, pink and white and use safe and reliable black, navy or tan shoe colours. If we want to create a stronger statement, we can also opt for bronze, gold, silver and rose gold accessories and shoes for a nice pop of elegance.

One of the latest and easiest colours that teams with everything is nude and it’s a must staple for any wardrobe. We’re seeing more and more, nude fascinators and hats with matching nude heels at race days and weddings throughout Australia, the UK, America and Europe. It's softer than black and literally goes with all hair colours and outfit choices. I love the nude colour inspo for shoes from the following brands:

Nine West Shoes

David Jones Heel selection

Guess

Alan Pinkus

Tony Bianco

So I challenge you to replace your black fascinator and shoes for nude fascinators, hats and accessories at your next special function and event. You won't regret it.
